All payments are month to month and you can cancel at any time, except for Annual & Six-Month plans. These plans are discounted under the agreement that you are committed to the process and term length.
The Usage Policy adheres to how you use our platform 'Unique Reputation'.
AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Unique Reputation LLC doing business as Unique Reputation ("Unique Reputation", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the
website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents posted on the Site are hereby incorporated by reference. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Use at any time. We will alert you about changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms of Use. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

No Site Materials may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever without our express prior written permission.
You are granted a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Site and the Site Materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. Such license is subject to these Terms and does not include any right to (a) sell, resell or use commercially the Site or Site Materials; (b) distribute, publicly perform or publicly display any Site Materials; (c) modify or otherwise make any derivative uses of the Site or Site Materials, or any portion thereof; (d) use any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods; (e) download (other than page caching) any portion of the Site or Site Materials, except as expressly permitted by us; and (f) use the Site or Site Materials other than for their intended purposes.
USER REPRESENTATIONS
